In the evening, I usually start by preparing dinner around 6 pm. After cooking, I enjoy my meal while watching a TV show or listening to some music to unwind. Following dinner, I spend some time cleaning up the kitchen and washing the dishes. Around 8 pm, I often sit down to read a book or catch up on some work-related emails. If I feel energetic, I might also do a short workout or go for a walk in the neighborhood. Before going to bed, I make it a point to plan my activities for the next day, which helps me stay organized. Finally, I usually go to bed around 10 pm to ensure I get enough sleep for the coming day.
