Dear Linda,

Thank you for your letter! It sounds like you had a fantastic time visiting historic places in Belgium. Waterloo must have been incredible, especially with the rich history associated with it. I completely agree that travelling with friends can be a lot more enjoyable and filled with memorable moments.

To answer your questions, I do enjoy travelling, although I don't get the chance to do it as often as I'd like. When I do travel, it's usually with my family or close friends. Both types of trips have their own charm — family trips are comforting and nostalgic, while trips with friends are always filled with adventure and spontaneity.

As for my travel preferences, I like to mix it up. Exploring new places in my own country allows me to appreciate the culture and history that are often overlooked, while travelling abroad gives me a broader perspective of the world. Each experience is unique and valuable in its own way.

The last place I visited was actually a beautiful coastal town in my country. It had stunning beaches and scenic hiking trails. It was a refreshing change from the hustle and bustle of city life. The local cuisine was delicious, and the people were extremely friendly. I spent my days taking long walks on the beach, exploring local markets, and trying out various water sports. It was a much-needed break and I came back feeling rejuvenated.

I noticed that you're planning to stay in London this summer to help your parents with your younger brothers. That sounds like a responsible and loving thing to do. I'm sure they'll appreciate your help! I have a few questions about your plans:

  1. What activities do you have planned for your younger brothers? Are there any special places in London you’re excited to take them to?
  2. Do you have any personal plans or goals for the summer apart from helping your parents? Maybe something you want to learn or a hobby you want to pursue?
  3. Are there any events or attractions in London that you're particularly looking forward to visiting or experiencing during your stay?

I hope you have a wonderful summer in London and that everything goes smoothly with your family. Looking forward to hearing more about your plans!

Best wishes, [Your Name]
